Word of Life Clubs believes in and promotes absolutes for young people, like:
Scripture tells us to be ready always to give an answer for our hope.
Young people need to know the Bible, not just about it.
The Psalmist said, âI will lift up mine eyes unto the hills from whence cometh my help. My help cometh from the Lordâ. Helping young people to develop the godly habit of daily getting alone with God for quiet time and prayer is a priority.
Christ, himself, did not come to be served, but to serve.
When young people have a consistent intake of the Word of God, then there needs to be an outlet whereby they can be of service to others where they can evangelize and edify.
God has given every believer gifts, talents, and abilities to serve Him for His glory and for the edification of believers. It is our desire to encourage and help Christian students gain experience in presenting their gifts and abilities for service in ministry to God for His honor and glory.
We all know that leaders are readers, but beyond this we are admonished by Scripture to study to show ourselves approved unto God. We want young people to accomplish this by providing a balanced diet of Christian reading. We suggest books that will challenge them to greater service and provide Biblical answers for their tough questions.
